How to install your signature
Outlook (web & new Outlook): click Copy HTML, then Settings → Account → Signatures, paste into the editor, and save. Set it as the default for new messages and replies.
Outlook classic (Windows): Copy HTML, then File → Options → Mail → Signatures… → New, and paste.
Outlook for Mac: Copy HTML, then Outlook → Settings → Signatures → +, and paste.
Apple Mail: HTML paste is unreliable — click Download PNG, then in Mail → Settings → Signatures, drag the PNG into the signature box.
Gmail: Copy HTML, then Settings → See all settings → General → Signature, and paste.
The HTML is tables and inline styles only (no scripts, no external CSS) and loads the logo from portal.tenetlgx.com. If pasted formatting looks off in any app, insert the PNG as a picture instead — it’s rendered at 2× for sharp text and cropped tightly to the signature.
